The event provides a great opportunity to learn more about oral health. There will be information for both adults and children and it is parents’ responsibility to teach the importance of oral hygiene. You will learn how oral health affects your daily life, you will receive answers to any questions you may have, and will have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes!

World Oral Health Day is observed annually all over the world. It is organised by the World Dental Federation (FDI) and it is the largest campaign of its kind in the world. This is the first year that Latvia participates in World Oral Health Day represented by the Dentistry Student Association.
