Preliminary Knowledge: | Learning and teaching in the higher education and science area, Science Philosophy, Research Principles, Methods, and Praxis of Social Science in Interdisciplinary Perspective. | ||||||||
Objective: | To improve doctoral student's teaching skills as a university teaching staff by strengthening the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge and to ensure that this knowledge is transferred to students in an understandably structured way. | ||||||||
Assessment | |||||||||
Unaided Work: | Pedagogical work with students of higher education institutions or colleges – lectures, classes or student research projects, in cooperation with the head of the doctoral thesis and/or specialists of the field, as well as preparation of teaching materials corresponding to the type of pedagogical work and the selected audience. The student's contribution to the improvement of the study process is the provision of meaningful feedback on the study course by filling out its evaluation questionnaire. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Report (feedback from the target audience, self-assessment questionnaire and feedback from the audience). The amount of work is evaluated in academic hours, for example, 1 CP = 40 academic working hours, 2 CP = 80 academic working hours or 1 academic hour (45 min) = 0.025 KP | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | Able to demonstrate that knows and understands the most current scientific and practical knowledge in the learning and teaching higher education space, as well as the principles and requirements of the modern, interdisciplinary study process. | ||||||||
Skills: | Is able to independently evaluate and choose the most appropriate teaching methods, provide a new understanding of these methods, as well as integrate the material into innovative pedagogical technologies. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Able to solve significant or innovation tasks related to the transfer of knowledge in the area of higher education learning and teaching process by performing independent, critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation. Able to conduct interactive lectures, classes, develop study material, course descriptions, reviewing works. Able to demonstrate professional, pedagogical, communicative and methodological competences. | ||||||||
