Objective: | To improve knowledge and skills about the importance of factors affecting management in the 21st century in mastering new content and methods of strategic management and their practical implementation. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | Students, upon agreement with the university lecturer, should select a topic for their report, it should be prepared in accordance with the requirements set in the education institution and should be presented. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | According to a 1-10-point grading scale, in accordance with RSU requirements. 40% of the assessment comes from the report assessment, 60% – from the examination assessment. | ||||||||

Knowledge: | After mastering the study course students understand the nature, basic principles of strategic management, known strategic management organisation methods. | ||||||||
Skills: | After mastering the study course students analyse the interconnection between management processes and activities, identify problems. | ||||||||
Competencies: | After mastering the study course students develop solutions for challenges, taking relevant decisions on strategy building, integrate obtained knowledge and alternative opinions about strategic management. | ||||||||
