Preliminary Knowledge: | Bachelor’s degree or second level professional higher education in humanities or social sciences. | ||||||||
Objective: | To promote understanding of students and to develop practical research skills in the analysis of society and communication structures and forms in the context of globalisation, viewing the globalisation process/-es as a multi-layered phenomenon, which manifests in culture, political decision-making, social space. | ||||||||

Assessment | |||||||||
Unaided Work: | Task – students, upon agreement with the university lecturer, should select a topic for their report and to present the report. Distant students must independently get acquainted with the materials developed by the lecturer, as well as participate in a discussion with the lecturer on the course content issues selected by the lecturer. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Students must get acquainted with the lecturer's materials and participat in seminars – 30%, report – 70%. | ||||||||
