Preliminary Knowledge:
Management Science.
Objective:
To deepen the understanding of students about the nature and processes of quality management systems, application and implementation of their requirements in the work of an organisation; to update main basic principles of ensuring quality management.

Assessment Criteria:
According to a 10-point grading scale, in accordance with the procedure set by RSU: Participation in seminars – 20%. Presentation – 40%. Examination – 40%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:After mastering the study course students understand the nature and significance of quality management systems in professional activity, know organisation quality management tools and possibilities for their use.
Skills:After mastering the study course students evaluate the interconnection between quality management processes and activities.
Competencies:After mastering the study course students develop proposals contributing to the development of quality management in a selected organisation.
