Unaided Work: | Students independently prepare two presentations analysing scientific articles, demonstrating their ability to define scientific categories. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Attendance at the study course lectures is mandatory; seminar assessment – pass/fail. At the end of the course – an exam. Assessment on a 10 point scale. | ||||||||

Knowledge: | As a result of completing the study course, students are familiar with research directions and trends, conditions and limitations of research organisation, the most common mistakes, reliability criteria, research methods, research instruments. | ||||||||
Skills: | Students are able to identify the most relevant problems in the field, formulate scientific categories, create a research instrument, plan the research process, obtain and interpret literature sources relevant to the research process. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Students justify the direction of the chosen research activity, the chosen methodology, create a research instrument that is integrated into the qualification paper. | ||||||||
