Preliminary Knowledge: | Mastering of study courses: Management Theory, Management Psychology, Records Management, Labour Law. | ||||||||
Objective: | To enable students to learn the theory of human resources management and its concepts, to enable to practically learn the functions and methods of human resources management and to assess the role and problems of human resources management. | ||||||||

Assessment | |||||||||
Unaided Work: | To study information on personnel management matters independently and in groups, as well as make reports on developments in the personnel management process as a whole. To develop work on the possibilities of solving various personnel management issues. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | For mastering the study course, the student receives an assessment in a 10-point grading system. To get a positive assessment, the total assessment should sum up to at least 4. The student receives assessment by summing up the number of points, assessing knowledge, skills and competences in the performance of individual tasks (independent works, productive activity during seminars, examination), attitude and student’s individual development dynamics. The total assessment is summative. Practical work – Personnel planning; Practical work – Procedure of drawing up documents necessary for personnel management; Independent learning – Study of personnel management policy on the example of a selected sports organisation; To prepare and defend with a PowerPoint presentation; Study course examination (written). | ||||||||
