Preliminary Knowledge: | The 1st level of higher education or an academic Bachelor’s degree in sports science has been obtained, or study courses in Social and Communication Psychology, Management Theory have been mastered. | ||||||||
Objective: | To provide students with knowledge about the theoretical foundations of management psychology; To promote the practical application of theoretical knowledge in business in the sports environment; To deepen understanding of the psychological aspects of human resources management and the creation of an efficient team. | ||||||||

Knowledge: | 1. Knows the course of the management process and leadership theories in psychology; 2. Knows motivation theories and decision-making processes; 3. Knows and understands group development theories and the psychological peculiarities of managing them. | ||||||||
Skills: | 1. Understands and knows how to analyse and apply knowledge of motivation theories as a sports coach and manager. 2. Able to analyse the impact of communicative and socio-psychological factors on professional aspects in a sports team. | ||||||||
