Preliminary Knowledge: | At the sports standard level of the state basic education and general secondary education. Completion of the study courses "Athletics (Development of Speed)", "Athletics (Development of Speed)", "Athletics (Development of Endurance)", "Athletics - a means of physical preparation" is desirable. Training theory. | ||||||||
Objective: | To provide an opportunity to learn physical fitness control exercises (standards) of the sports school: speed, strength, quickness, flexibility, coordination, endurance, etc. for development assessment. Learn the aforementioned exercises in athletics according to the chosen sport and build skills to improve the results of these exercises in the physical preparation of other sports. Learn the skill of using appropriate measuring devices for recording results. | ||||||||

Assessment | |||||||||
Unaided Work: | In independent work, the student studies special literature, develops homework and practices performing athletics exercises to develop various physical qualities, improving his movement skills and skills in the selected exercises by adapting them to different sports. Conducts control exercises and regulatory research in your chosen sport. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Carry out regular and systematic learning of athletics exercises, develop homework independently, demonstrate skills and abilities in learned exercises, as well as theoretical knowledge. The student receives a differentiated assessment for completing the study course. The final grade is recorded in the score book in a 10-point system according to LSPA requirements. In order to receive a positive evaluation for the study course, the total evaluation must correspond to at least 4 points (minimum level). If the sum of the student's points is less than four points, then the test must be repeated. The student receives an evaluation in points by summing up the set number of points, evaluating knowledge, skills and competences in the performance of individual tasks (independent work, productive activity in seminars, test, attitude, student's individual development dynamics). In order for the student to obtain a successful assessment, the requirements of the differentiated test: attitude towards education, dynamics of development, active activity in practical lessons (40%); independent work done by the student (40%); study course practical test (20%). | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | 1. Understand the usefulness of each control exercise, explain the basics of exercise execution. 2. Understands the importance of exercises in physical preparation and didactics. | ||||||||
Skills: | 3. Demonstrates and selects physical fitness exercises, applies them to people of different ages and levels of fitness according to the chosen sport. 4. Can use appropriate measuring devices for recording results. | ||||||||
Competencies: | 5. Successful completion of the course gives the student the opportunity to independently perform control exercises and apply them in practical work with representatives of various sports. 6. Will know the main methodological instructions and conditions for performing control exercises and assessment for people of different ages and levels of fitness in different sports. | ||||||||
