Unaided Work: | Preparation for the individual assignment. Preparing the presentations. Preparing project proposal and presentation. Assessment of a project proposal of another collegue. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Following assignments have to be fulfilled in order to complete the course: • individual assignment according to the requirements; • development of project proposal and evaluation of the proposal developed by other students; • presentation of project proposal at the end of the course. | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | On successful course completion students will be able to: • name main characteristics of projects; • identify project phases; • describe parts and essence of Work Breakdown structure; • identify project risks; • name and describe typical parts of project proposal. | ||||||||
Skills: | Students will be able to use their acquired knowledge in developing project proposals within their areas of practice and solve problems that may occur during implementation of a project. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Students will be ready to apply project management methods in organizations and projects within their areas of practice contributing to the achievement of the UN sustainable development goal "Ensure healthy life and promote well-being for people of all ages" as well as lead small project teams within their areas of practice. | ||||||||
