Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | Will know different forms of business and their differences. Will know what documents are needed to start a business. There will be an idea of the company's formation mechanisms, different phases of development, the most important components (strategy, processes and resources) and the interaction of these components. Understand financial flow, have an idea of accounting processes and the relationship with financial management. Will know the basics of the most popular innovation theory and change management theory. | ||||||||
Skills: | Will be able to set a business goal and choose the most appropriate form of business. Will be able to define the company's goals, define the strategy and relate it to the processes. Will understand and be able to connect different resources with the chosen goal and strategy. Will be able to identify the most important stages of change management and perform simple accounting operations. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Will promote the development of initiative and cooperation competence. Persuasion and argumentation skills will be strengthened. Improve financial management and development of accounting competence. Strengthen the understanding of the different manifestations of business competence and the connection with scientific concepts and current theories. | ||||||||
