Guest Lecture on Congenital Surgical Anomalies in Newborns and Infants
The Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Department of Paediatric Surgery invites everyone to a guest lecture by Professor Udo Rolle (pictured) on Congenital Surgical Anomalies in Newborns and Infants that will take place online on Zoom, on 15 December, at 12:30.
The lecture will cover topics such as congenital surgical anomalies of the oesophagus and diaphragm, the anterior abdominal wall, the gastrointestinal tract, anorectal malformations, and Hirschsprung's disease.
Prof. Rolle's clinical and academic career is linked to the Goethe University Hospital and the Goethe University in Frankfurt, where he heads the Department of Paediatric Surgery and Paediatric Urology. Prof. Rolle has visited RSU before when he was a guest lecturer at the first RSU Research Week in 2019.
