Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) offers its students the opportunity to apply for scholarships for mobility in autumn 2023 under the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism Research and Education Programme Activity Scholarship project Promoting Healthy Ageing, Well-being and Social Security.
Criteria
Students (2 scholarships) to University of Liechtenstein
- Interest in issues related to the ageing population
- Good knowledge of English (B2+ level)
- Letter of motivation (max. one A4 page)
Duration: five months at the University of Liechtenstein. Travel and living expenses are included. The project programme includes a credit exchange (ETCS).
Academic personnel (1 scholarship) to University of Iceland and (2 scholarships) to University of Liechtenstein
- Interest in issues related to the ageing population, e.g. publications
- Previous experience working with SHARE data
- Good knowledge of English (publications, language tests or affirmations etcs)
- Participation in the project related to aging
- Expressed interest to research aging topic
- Letter of motivation (max. one A4 page)
Duration: four weeks at the University of Iceland or University of Liechtenstein. Travel and living expenses are included.

- Return trip travel costs - EUR 275
- 5 months subsistence rate - EUR 6,000
Iceland
- Return trip travel costs - EUR 360
- 4 weeks subsistence rate - EUR 4,000
