Auction of the Intellectual Property of 'Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function'
Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) is announcing a written auction for the intellectual property of 'Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function' with an upward bidding procedure.
The Object of Auction is an exclusive license for obtaining the right of use of the intellectual property 'Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function' (hereinafter also referred to as Intellectual Property) in relation to the use of the Intellectual Property.
The intellectual property was created within the scope of project No. KC-PI-2017/44 'Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function' of Activity 1.2.1.2 'Support for Improvement of Technology Transfer System' of Specific Objective 1.2.1 'To increase Investments of Private Sector in R&D' of the Operational Programme 'Growth and Employment'.

The initial price of the Object of Auction
- An initial, fixed payment of a total of 5,500 EUR (excluding VAT), and
- an interest payment of 3 % (three per cent) of the Licensee’s net turnover of the Products sold during the year.
Time and place of opening of applications: 8 August 2023 at 11:10 on MS Teams.
The auction participant whose interest payment for the auctioned object is the highest will be recognised as the winner of the auction.
