On 11 October, the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Medical Education Technology Centre (METC) hosted the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Centre for Educational Growth (CEG). Congratulations were extended by the RSU management and colleagues, and the participants spent an informative afternoon listening to an overview of the CEG’s achievements and future plans, as well as speeches delivered by the centre’s international partners.

RSU medical students, residents and physicians are welcome to attend the lecture 'Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension: Diagnosis and Treatment Strategies' by Prof. Stephan Rosenkranz, MD, a well-known scientist specialising in cardiology (h-index: 69).

Elīna Zelčāne will defend her doctoral dissertation on 11 November at 11:00 in an online open meeting of the RSU Psychology doctoral committee. Her dissertation is titled 'Formation and Maintenance of Resilience in People with Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain.'

The Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) International Student Association (ISA) recently celebrated its 13th anniversary with a memorable event that highlighted the remarkable achievements and contributions of the association's diverse student body. This anniversary not only marked a year of accomplishments but also reaffirmed ISA’s ongoing dedication to fostering leadership, promoting diversity, and encouraging active student engagement at RSU. It was a true testament to the association's mission of empowering students and creating a strong sense of community.
