We ask all students to take some time to fill out a questionnaire about remote studies at RSU! The results will provide information on:
- how study courses are currently being organised remotely;
- what is still needed to improve cooperation.
The 6th International Scientific Conference, Health and Personality Development: An Interdisciplinary Approach, will take place online between 27–29 April.
Exam period has begun at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) as well as the pre-defence and defence of bachelor’s theses and other final papers. Latvia has extended the state of the emergency until 12 May in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has meant that all examinations at RSU will take place remotely.
The RSU e-study environment makes it possible to organise both oral and written tests and exams using Zoom and Respondus Monitor. The process requires more thorough planning and preparation than before.

In 2019, Una Bērziņa-Čerenkova, researcher, lecturer, political analyst and the Director of the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) China Studies Centre, was among the recipients of the coveted Fulbright Scholarship handed out by the US Embassy in Latvia. Darja Ņesteroviča is a technical orthopaedist, a doctoral student at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) and a researcher at the RSU Military Medicine Research and Study Centre. Ņesteroviča is currently working on her doctoral thesis about how the habits of wearing military boots and the anatomical peculiarities of feet may place undue burden on soldiers' feet and affect the frequency of injuries.
