Assessment of the efficacy of conservative treatment and the safety of research methods in patients with acute appendicitis ages 7 to 18

The aim of the research is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of conservative or antibacterial treatments in patients with suspected acute appendicitis, as well as to identify the clinical, laboratorial and radiological criteria in patients who have initially received inefficient conservative treatment for acute appendicitis, the potential prognosis of relapse and surgical treatment within a period of one year.
