Aim
Coordinate and develop training courses for the improvement of medical, emergency help and occupational safety skills in Baltic Sea shipping. Develop cross-border cooperation between medical and maritime transport institutions

Description
Planned project activities
- Nine vocational training course programmes will be created to develop medical, occupational safety and emergency help skills for ship crew, shipping nurses, navigation and engineering staff.
- The developed training course will be approved via a pilot program.
- The training materials will be used in the form of e-learning in the international environment
The study programme developed as a result of the project will provide the opportunity to develop the professional skills necessary at present, which will facilitate involvement of local employees in the European and international labour market.
