3D Printing in Medicine (FK_078)
About Study Course
Objective
To allow getting acquainted with 3D printing and its application in medicine.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of mathematics and physics.
Learning outcomes
To provide students with insights and practical knowledge of innovative technologies such as 3D printing, 3D modeling, and 3D scanning that students could potentially face in the future in their professional environment, thus increasing their competitiveness.
On completion of the course, students will be able to use the acquired knowledge of 3D printing, 3D modeling, and 3D scanning to work with different 3D printers, 3D modeling programs, and 3D scanners, as well as to apply these technologies in practice.
On completion of the study course, students will be able to use 3D printing, modeling, and scanning technologies will be able to assess the current situation in the 3D field, to forecast its development trends.
