About Study Course
Objective
To create an opportunity for students to learn and learn the most important exercises for developing endurance and the most frequently used training methods. To create an understanding of the regularities and basic principles of the endurance training process. To provide knowledge and practical experience about endurance development evaluation tests and their application in the training process of various sports.

1. Knowledge of regularities and basic principles of endurance development.
2. Basic knowledge of physiological changes in body systems under the influence of endurance loads
3. Ability to perform exercises for developing endurance;
4. Ability to plan training for endurance development;
5. Theoretical and practical competence on the use of methods and means in developing endurance.
6. Competencies for individual load planning for endurance development.
