About Study Course
Objective
To provide an opportunity to learn physical fitness control exercises (standards) of the sports school: speed, strength, quickness, flexibility, coordination, endurance, etc. for development assessment. Learn the aforementioned exercises in athletics according to the chosen sport and build skills to improve the results of these exercises in the physical preparation of other sports. Learn the skill of using appropriate measuring devices for recording results.
Prerequisites
At the sports standard level of the state basic education and general secondary education. Completion of the study courses "Athletics (Development of Speed)", "Athletics (Development of Speed)", "Athletics (Development of Endurance)", "Athletics - a means of physical preparation" is desirable. Training theory.
Learning outcomes
1. Understand the usefulness of each control exercise, explain the basics of exercise execution.
2. Understands the importance of exercises in physical preparation and didactics.
3. Demonstrates and selects physical fitness exercises, applies them to people of different ages and levels of fitness according to the chosen sport.
4. Can use appropriate measuring devices for recording results.
5. Successful completion of the course gives the student the opportunity to independently perform control exercises and apply them in practical work with representatives of various sports.
6. Will know the main methodological instructions and conditions for performing control exercises and assessment for people of different ages and levels of fitness in different sports.
