Objective
To obtain theoretical and practical skills in basics of clinical care.
Prerequisites
Anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, microbiology.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
Students will acquire basic knowledge of the patient's care.
Skills
Assess the patient's condition and practically perform clinical procedures using appropriate equipment; determine the patient's vital signs: Wash and disinfect hands. Perform donning and doffing of PPE for healthcare-associated infections. Perform feeding of the patient through NGZ. Perform s/c, i/m and iv injection.
Competence
Ability to use and evaluate appropriate clinical procedures, medical devices, and other activities to ensure optimal patient care.
