About Study Course
Objective
To develop students' conflict management competence in business communication in problem solving, to enable students to improve their communicative competence for effective promotion of communication process in professional work environment.
Prerequisites
General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Biological Basics of Psychology.

Conflict theory of professional communication implementation, ensuring effective communication and management of communication.
