Objective

Improve knowledge of international cooperation mechanisms and develop skills for their use. Tasks: to provide extensive knowledge of the possibilities of international cooperation in order to obtain or exchange information and intelligence with foreign law enforcement authorities and international law enforcement agencies.

Prerequisites

Prior knowledge in the study courses "Criminal Intelligence"; "Criminal procedural law".

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of international cooperation. By studying the course, students will learn the channels of international cooperation, their possibilities, pluses and minuses, students will know which channel is better to choose, to achieve the specific goals. You will gain knowledge about the possibilities of obtaining information on the Internet.

Skills

By studying the study course, students will be able to use the mechanisms of international cooperation, according to the operational goals and needs of the investigation.

Competence

By completing the study course, the student will be competent in obtaining information in criminal intelligence, in achieving the goals of criminal intelligence, and in obtaining evidence for further investigative needs in the criminal justice cooperation procedure.
