Learning outcomes
Knowledge
1.As a result of course acquisition, students will acquire knowledge of the theories of motivation and leadership in the work of nurses, different aspects of staff management.
Skills
1.Students will be able to identify basic principles for the operation of the nurse leader, to differentiate between the characteristics of the structure, to analyse staff reactions and to describe the preconditions for effective management of the work of nurses.
Competence
1.After learning the course, students will be able to assess the motivation of employees, analyse staff management and psychological processes within the organisation, carry out effective management of change, implement the organizational strategy and develop individual personality.
