About Study Course
Objective
To provide an opportunity to learn the process of establishing and managing a sports organization, its legal regulation.
Prerequisites
Completion of study courses: Theory of Management, Fundamentals of Law, Fundamentals of Business, Sports Management, Business Management, Sports and Fitness Marketing.

Will know:
1. System of state and non-state sports organizations in Latvia.
2. Legal acts that determine the establishment and operation of sports organizations.
3. Management process of sports organizations.
4. Forms of legal responsibility in sports.
5. Sports-related contractual rights.
Will be able to:
1. Determine the goals and tasks of the sports organization.
2. Create the structure of the management system of the sports organization.
3. To evaluate the work of the sports organization.
4. Determine strategic goals and perform SWOT analysis.
1. Analyze and evaluate the activity of the sports organization, identify problems and solve them.
2. To determine the legal aspects of the establishment and operation of sports organizations of different legal status.
3. Identify and analyze the legal issues and problems related to the management of a sports organization.
