About Study Course
Learning outcomes
1.1. Understands research in recreation, its nature, tasks and the quantitative methods to be applied.
2. Understands the training process, its importance in recreation. Understands the structure of movement in different sports – describing it from a pedagogical and biomechanical point of view.
1.1. Knows how to choose methods appropriate to the research in recreation.
2. Knows how to organise and manage the training process in recreation, choose training methods appropriate to recreational activities.
3. Will be able to evaluate, apply and compare latest scientific considerations and technologies in personal professional activity.
1.1. Works skilfully with scientific articles in recreation, analyses them.
2. Skilfully analyses the training process in recreation using the learned theoretical foundations and skills, solves professional issues related to research in recreation and the training process.
3. Will know how to apply in practice knowledge when analysing movements in different sports, to make practical recommendations for improving movements in accordance with basic pedagogical and biomechanical principles.
