Objective

Provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the competence of police authorities and work organization in the field of licensing and permit system. Tasks: 1. To provide students with knowledge about the tasks and competence of the State Police in the field of licensing and permit system. 2. To provide students with knowledge about the licensing of security operations and the certification of security personnel. 3. To provide students with knowledge about the licensing and certification of detective activities. 4. To provide students with knowledge about monitoring the circulation of weapons, special means, explosives and pyrotechnic products.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

As a result of learning the study subject, students will gain knowledge that will help them understand the field of the State Police Licensing and Permit System, as well as its future development trends and its interaction with other State Police structural units, law enforcement and security institutions in strengthening the public order and security of the internal state.

Skills

As a result of learning the study subject, students will acquire skills that will help them apply the acquired knowledge in their daily work, when dealing with offenses in the areas of security, detective work, weapons circulation, pyrotechnic products, explosives and detonation device products circulation, which will simultaneously contribute to the strengthening of public order and security in general. In addition, based on the acquired knowledge, the student will be able to perform practical tasks with an analytical approach that are within the competence of the State Police in the field of licensing and permit system.

Competence

As a result of studying the subject, students will be able to demonstrate extensive general knowledge in the issues and competences of the licensing and permit system of the State Police, will be able to expand their horizons and orient themselves in today's latest current affairs in the relevant field, as well as present their opinion, arguing it, putting forward new ideas in independent research.
