About Study Course
Objective
The purpose of the paper development is to create an understanding of research paper development: the application of theoretical knowledge, academic skills and abilities. The development of the study work is advised by the lecturer of the relevant study course who has a master's degree.
Tasks: to systematize, strengthen and expand the student's theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply it in solving practical tasks; promote the learning of the skills of written scientific work and the methodology of researching the specific topic (problem) (selection of sources and literature, analysis, critical evaluation, material synthesis, etc.); promote independent work and focus on self-education; help develop skills in the popularization of legal sciences (presenting in front of an audience, arguing and logically defending and justifying one's opinion both orally and in writing, etc.).
Prerequisites
Acquired study course: Methodology of scientific research work.
Learning outcomes
Strengthen and expand the student's theoretical knowledge in administrative law and the ability to apply it in solving practical tasks; promote the learning of the skills of written scientific work and the methodology of researching the specific topic (problem) (selection of sources and literature, analysis, critical evaluation, material synthesis, etc.); promote independent work and focus on self-education; help develop skills in the popularization of legal sciences (presenting in front of an audience, arguing and logically defending and justifying one's opinion both orally and in writing, etc.).
Successful defense of the study work indicates the student's ability to analyze and compare the obtained information, while expressing his thoughts about the analytical work performed. The student will be able to formulate thoughts and create precise legal formulations.
The successful defense of the study work indicates the student's ability to work with legal and other sources, develop a content index (plan), determine the scope of the study, analyze the opinions of other researchers, draw conclusions and express proposals, according to the specifics of the chosen topic.
