Objective

Develop basic knowledge of adhering to training theory principles in multi-year planning for sports training, acquire knowledge about the possibilities of applying training theory to children and adolescents of different ages and physical fitness levels, and understand its complex role in the sports training process.

Prerequisites

Study course Sports theory, Ageing and sports physiology, Biochemistry, Human functioning successful acquisition.

Knowledge

1.Knows the specificities of age stages in organising physical activities of children and adolescents

1.Able to apply physical development exercises according to age-specific characteristics
