Learning environment and methods
Learning environment
Students will learn international human resources management, intercultural business relations, accounting for company managers, intellectual property law, financial management, European Union company law, international business strategies and management, international business project management, sustainable international marketing, European Union and Baltic business regulations, European Union economic policies and international competition law. Students will undergo two placements in companies, and the programme will conclude with defending a master's thesis.
Methods
The main study formats are lectures and practical classes, as well as independent work: students have to prepare reports, projects, as well as a master's thesis, which is the students' research work. Students will undergo a placement in order to obtain empirical material for research and get acquainted with different companies' and organisations' work. To conclude the studies, the placement will take the form of an experience exchange that will promote discussions on topical issues in the business environment.

Job opportunities after graduation
Graduates can work as managers at various levels in private national or international companies, as well as in public institutions and organisations. Graduates will also be equipped to set up and run their own companies. The programme’s graduates are in demand in the labour market.
