Third Iron Complete trial until March 17, 2025
Third Iron has developed a suite of tools that make it easier to access scientific articles. Until March 17, you can try out the features of the tools, which are already integrated into our existing search system, providing easier access to full-text articles, searching by DOI or PubMed ID, as well as the ability to stay current with journal content.
LibKey for Primo
With LibKey Link, now available in our Primo search engine, you can easily access PDF files and articles from platforms such as Scopus, PubMed and EBSCO and full journal issues. When you search for articles, LibKey Link works in the background to redirect you to the full-text versions without the intermediary link that you have been using before.
LibKey.io
If you are looking for a specific article, LibKey.io offers the ability to search for it by DOI or PubMed ID by going to http://libkey.io/libraries/3860 and entering the article's DOI/PMID, after which you will immediately see the PDF file.
LibKey for Open Web Searching
If you start your search on the open web, the LibKey Nomad browser extension provides easy access to articles while browsing, as well as offers the ability to export citations.
To get the tool, go to http://www.libkeynomad.com, download the extension for your preferred browser, and select “Rīga Stradiņš University” from the dropdown list.
BrowZine
The BrowZine platform allows you to browse, read and follow scholarly journals on both your computer and mobile devices.
To view journals, go to https://browzine.com/libraries/3860 or download the BrowZine app from your device’s app store. Open the app, select “Rīga Stradiņš University” and browse.
