RSU Recognised as the Best Workplace in the Public Sector

We can only achieve excellence in science and provide a quality education with the support of an excellent team - academic staff, researchers, administrative and support staff.’ Last year, the results of an RSU employee job satisfaction survey conducted by the research company Kantar showed that RSU employees have become more motivated, satisfied, and loyal to their workplace.

‘This year we received a record number of respondents to the survey, which shows a growing interest in identifying and evaluating the best workplaces in the country. As competition for top talent increases, companies are finding it harder to make it into the list of best employers. Our survey shows that a company's reputation and brand, professional management and team, and career growth opportunities are the main reasons why respondents vote for a certain employer,’ noted Aivis Brodiņš, Head of CV-Online Latvia.
