Georgian Ambassador to Latvia Visited RSU

Thea Maisuradze (fourth from the left), the Ambassador of Georgia to Latvia, visited Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) on 21 February and gave a lecture titled 'The main priorities of Georgia’s foreign policy'.

During the visit the ambassador met with students and academic staff from the Law and International Relations – European Studies study programmes. Among other things she discussed matters related to Georgian foreign policy, safety, cooperation with international organisations. 

During the lecture students asked numerous questions about the economic relations of both countries and their cooperation in education.

At the end of the meeting Maisuradze expressed her gratitude to RSU management and to the Faculty of Law for their invitation and expressed hopes for further mutual cooperation.
