Energy efficiency measures in Riga, 3 Hipokrāta iela

Main activity groups

• Establishment and maintenance of the construction site
• Deconstruction works
• Roof and façade reconstruction, including infilling
• Landscaping and lightning protection measures

The project will result in an energy consumption of 80.48 kWh/m2/year and carbon dioxide emissions of 15.56 kg CO2/m2/year.

The currently estimated CO2 savings are 73.678 tonnes, while the primary energy savings are 35.95 kWh/m2.

Progress to date (30.06.2018)

1. All finishing materials on site have been coordinated
2. Window assembly has been coordinated
3. Entrance door assembly has been precisely defined
4. Emergency exit door assembly has been adjusted
5. Finishing under external sill has been precisely defined
6. Façade paint attachment has been precisely defined
7. Installation of windows is in progress
8. Work continues on the installation of the façade’s thermal insulation wool
9. All thermal insulation wool for the façade and most of the windows have been delivered to the site

Progress to date (31.07.2018)

1. Roof construction continues
2. Work on the first stage has been partially completed and the scaffolding and hoists are being moved to the second stage
3. Installation of the window displays is in progress
4. Insulation of the basement floor is in progress
5. Insulation of the technical floor of the attic is in progress

Based on the progress of completed works per month, about 44% of the total estimated works have been completed.

 

Progress to date (31.08.2018)

1. Roof construction continues
2. Installation of the window displays is in progress (12 pcs. remaining)
3. Insulation of the basement floor completed (final works)
4. Insulation of the technical floor of the attic is in progress (50% of the total work completed)

Based on the progress of completed works per month, around 64% of the total estimated works have now been completed.
