RSU offers long-term study support for students with various disabilities, including visual or hearing impairment, movement disorders, and learning disabilities, such as dyslexia.

Reasonable adaptations may include individual introductions to the study environment, access to specialist equipment, the presence of a personal assistant in classes, planned rest breaks, extended deadlines for assignments, and exam adjustments.

How to apply

  1. To apply for reasonable adaptations, fill out the form on the RSU e-services portal by selecting: Applications and inquiries requests → Study process applications → Free form submission.
  2. In your application, please describe your disability or long-term condition and the kind of support you need. You may be asked to provide medical evidence to support your application.
  3. Based on the RSU Support Group's assessment and recommendations, the head of the study programme will ensure that relevant RSU departments are informed about the adjustments you need.
