1.Defines physical characteristics, their manifestations and components.
Knows different types of preparation, concepts of technique and tactics, principles of increasing load.
Knows the principles and characteristics of formation of movement skills and abilities.

Knows how to justify the principles of endurance development and the stages of strength development.
Knows how to apply the principle of amount and intensity in training planning.
1.Explains the classification of physical characteristics.
Builds the ratio of GPF to SPF in the long term, teaches movement in stages.
Uses the principle of short-term adaptation in class or sports lesson planning.
