Abstract submission deadline for RSU International Student Conference 2018 extended

Following mutual agreement by the organising committee to assist students, providing them with slightly more time for their scientific research and thesis preparation, the RSU International Student Conference 2018 abstract submission deadline has been extended from January 12 to January 14.

Students are given two more days to submit their scientific work, meaning that starting from today there are only 5 days left until the deadline of abstract submission is met. Although it might appear that there is plenty of time, the RSU International Student Conference organising committee strongly advises students to not postpone their submission until the very last moment as that could cause unexpected technical issues.

The Rīga Stradiņš University International Student Conference, which is organised annually and is now in its fourth year, is a place where health and social sciences meet, together creating thousands of unforgettable memories from students presenting their scientific accomplishments, taking part in discussions with world-renowned professors, workshops, tours and excursions, formal and informal events and presenting some of the best scientific research done by postgraduate and undergraduate students. In 2018 this is going to be a unique experience for every student and visitor because for the very first time in history the conference is going to be held for 2 days, and that means that the RSU International Student Conference 2018 is one step closer to achieving its main goal – becoming the largest international student conference in the Baltic states.
