RSU Rector Prof. Aigars Pētersons appears on "Rīta Panorama"

This week RSU is hosting Research Week, a five-day event that will bring together researchers from more than 40 countries for a series of conferences, both online and in person.

One of the week's events is the International Student Conference, which will bring together more than 5,000 students to discuss current issues in healthcare and social sciences. 

'We are a research university and we create science together - students, PhD students, residents and researchers,' Prof. Aigars Pētersons said.

The Rector addresses questions from the programme’s hosts on the advancement of science, the impact of research on the national economy, the engagement of young researchers, and other related topics.
