On April 28, the canteen at Rīga Stradiņš University central building was dazzling with the variety of eye-catching traditional costumes and the aroma of national dishes at the annual intercultural event #Worldwide which is traditionally organised by the International Students' Association (ISA) offering the possibility for RSU students and staff to find out about diverse interest groups and communities existing at RSU. In the course of the evening visitors could enjoy diverse musical and dance performances, get a henna tattoo or have one’s name written in Arabic. The national dishes prepared by students received special praise.

As ISA Liaison Officer Shelly Bagelman puts it, ''At #Worldwide we celebrate cultural diversity. Each RSU community which brings together RSU students because of their versatility, are part of ISA. #Worldwide is the hub of RSU student activity, where they come together and demonstrate their uniqueness through diverse performances, traditional clothing and national dishes.''
