The new academic year at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) started on Monday, 26 August, with a matriculation ceremony for newly admitted local and international first-year students. The first-year students of the RSU Latvian Academy of Sport Education (LASE) also participated in the ceremony for the first time this year.
On 17 September 2024, 11.00–14.00, the international external advisory board will visit Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU).
RSU will host an international external advisory board made up of world-class scientists. The board will meet with research teams at RSU to discuss and evaluate achievements in research and provide valuable recommendations that will contribute to the future development of research for the next two years.

With the aim to promote the development of digital skills in the healthcare sector, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) in partnership with Riga TechGirls will provide a free digital skills and innovations masterclass programme Cilvēcīgi par tehnoloģijām (Technology Made Human).
