Legal and Procurement Department
The Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Legal and Procurement Department is an administrative unit whose aim is to provide university departments with legal advice, ensure and manage the procurement process at the university, and to co-ordinate and implement matters related to managing and protecting natural persons’ personal data.
Three units perform the functions of the Legal and Procurement Department:
- The Legal Unit provides general legal advice to university departments;
- The Procurement Unit administers procurement processes at the university and ensures the performance of public procurement procedures;
- The Data Security and Management Unit provides support in matters related to the protection and processing of personal data.
