Participate in the Mobility City Challenge 2022 Hackathon and Win 1,000 EUR and the Opportunity to Go to Barcelona
Mobility City Challenge 2022 is an urban hackathon that for the second year invites you to look at your city from a different point of view and participate in shaping its future. This year's challenge will take place from 23 to 25 September in cooperation with Riga Airport (RIX). Participants will have the opportunity to win 1,000 EUR and to participate in the final stage of the competition in Barcelona (Spain).
You can register for the hackathon as an individual or as a team (4 to 5 participants). As part of Mobility City Challenge 2022, students will work on challenges given to them by RIX during the weekend under the guidance of a team of professional trainers from Kimitisik.
To learn more about the hackathon, we invite students to participate in the webinar on 13 at September 16:30. You can watch it live on the KTU Startup Space and the Faculty of Business, Management and Economics Facebook page.
The main prize is 1,000 EUR. The winners of Mobility City Challenge 2022 will get the opportunity to present their idea at the FUSE City Challenge grand final in Barcelona - travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the organisers.
The team that wins the Riga challenge will meet teams from three European cities - Evora (Portugal), Kaunas (Lithuania), and Ljubljana (Slovenia). In the grand finale in Barselona, the teams will continue to develop their idea and compete for the prize money.
