SHARE User Conference held in Slovenia

On October 5–7, the 7th SHARE User Conference was held in Bled, Slovenia. For three days, scientists from all over the world discussed SHARE-related research and ideas around the conference theme 'Ageing Societies Facing Health, Social and Economic Crises'.

Researchers from the SHARE Latvia team were represented at this conference by PhD Ieva Reine (pictured) with a presentation titled 'Social isolation in Sweden and Latvia. Does the welfare state protect the elderly better?'
