Starting Monday 15 November, RSU will Resume In Person Studies in a COVID-19 Safe Environment
Starting from Monday, 15 November, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) will resume the in-person study process in a COVID-19 safe environment. Students and employees will only be able to participate in the study process if they hold an interoperable COVID-19 vaccination or recovery certificate.
The head of an academic structural unit, together with the head of a study programme and the dean, can also decide that the study process for a particular study course, group of students or individual students can take place remotely. The above-mentioned decision can be taken by evaluating the specifics of the particular study programme and the learning outcomes that need to be achieved, as well as by taking the need to ensure an epidemiologically safe study process into account. The head of the structural unit's decision to organise the study process in-person or remotely needs to be communicated to the students and the structural units involved immediately.
