RSU included in QS Sustainability Rankings for the first time
Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) has been included in the prestigious QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2025 for the first time. This ranking evaluates the sustainability performance of universities. This marks the third year RSU has participated in the rankings, and the result reflects the University's increased efforts and focused work in addressing sustainability issues.
The QS Sustainability 2025 Rankings include 1,744 universities from 107 countries. Five of them are from Latvia. The rankings evaluate the performance of universities in three main areas: environmental impact, social impact and governance.
This achievement reflects the University’s commitment to sustainability in both studies and research, as well as in its engagement with the community and partners. It also highlights the University's strong dedication to social responsibility and environmental issues.
The QS World University Rankings are one of the world's best-known university rankings, which have been compiled annually since 2004 by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), a higher education analytics firm.
