On Friday, 7 June, the Ambassador of Germany to Latvia Christian Heldt visited the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Medical Education Technology Centre (METC). During the meeting, both parties discussed potential collaboration opportunities in the fields of military medicine and research, as well as plans to expand the network of clinical training centres in Germany where German-speaking RSU students can undergo placements.

If these disorders are not promptly recognised and treated, they can lead to serious health and well-being problems in adulthood. In order to successfully recognise and prevent adolescent mental health problems, it is important to understand what factors influence their occurrence.
On Friday, 14 June, the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Innovation Centre’s B-Space business incubator invites everyone to the final event of its incubation programme INK – Demo Day.
Over more than nine months, interdisciplinary teams in the INK programme have developed their ideas across a variety of sectors. On Thursday, 6 June, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) hosted the only medical law conference in Latvia for the fourth year in a row. More than 700 participants attended the event. The aim of the conference was not only to highlight challenges in the field of medical law and the relationship between patients and medical practitioners but also provide solutions to the issues discussed.
